The preliminary renderings of the Mercer Street tower have been presented as part of a public meeting at Metro Hall, before the application for an Official Plan Amendment (OPA). Note that the planning process will include extensive consultations which will evolve many elements of this design before the application is presented to the City, and even then, more changes will be made once the application is in.
