The design for this high-tech learning resource centre and library brings all the students from Loyalist College together in a state-of-the-art digital and print media facility. The Parrott Centre is equipped with both computer and printing stations, study spaces, lounges, a circulation desk and offices.

A mezzanine level includes two seminar rooms and fully wired study carrels that overlook the library. The Centre also creates strong links between the college and its rural landscape and is sited to take advantage of the natural light, landscape and vistas of the campus.
