Designed to meet growing student demand for on-campus housing, the S-shaped plan of the residence responds to the University Master Plan goal of improving the urban design of the campus by expanding the number and quality of its public spaces.

Situated prominently at the entrance to Brock University, the four-storey, 312-bed residence contains a mix of single and double dormitory-style rooms as well as a dining hall and all necessary amenities. The design interconnects alternate floors, at study/lounge locations and provides a greater opportunity for student interaction.
